Within 11 months of opening of the sales center, the community was 70% pre-sold, which holds the record for the quickest timeframe for achieving 70% pre-sales for a new Continuing Care Retirement Community in the state of California, as verified by Cain Brothers.
The project is now 100% pre-sold and has experienced only an 11% cancellation rate as compared to the national average of 33%. Despite being sold-out, there are 54 households on a waiting list.
